I studied architecture for two years (at Bartlett - University College London), quit that, designed a grungy blues club in Poland, and now I'm doing fashion photography as well as managing a few photographers. I love building and creating things, and I find that most creativity comes out of small budgets.. My name is Tomek Jasinski, and I would find it extremely entertaining to be a part of whatever's happening. Oh, that reminds me, I was also going to design a shop in Paris for a handbag designer - until she got a job in the states.. Aaand, I build furniture too.
If this is the wrong kind of expertise, then try Cesar Perin, although he's quite busy; and if you're wondering where you know that name from, it's because he manages Alexander Beck, a boy you styled a few weeks back. (And we are both based in London)
And please ignore the people who mention such architects as Norman Foster, Frank Gehry or Zaha Hadid; they don't realise a project like this would require a personal approach, not a corporation the size of a country..
